ReplyRush review: email capture, DM allowances and data retention

By WordBite Editorial. Updated 16 October 2026.

ReplyRush is an Instagram and Facebook DM tool that leans on email capture and generous message allowances. Its own blog lists some figures that differ from its pricing page, so this review uses the pricing page throughout.

What ReplyRush does well

Where it falls short

Trigger limits explained

A global trigger is a keyword rule that works across your account rather than on one post. ReplyRush allows 5 on Free, 20 on Lite, 50 on Boost and 500 on MAX. Five is enough for "link", "price", "guide", "collab" and "hi", but creators who run a new keyword for every reel will hit the limit within a week or two on Free.

Who should choose ReplyRush

ReplyRush suits accounts that send a lot of DMs, want email capture, and are happy to pay from the start. The Boost plan, with 3 Instagram and 3 Facebook accounts, is good value for a small team. If you want those features free, see the alternative below.

Free plan in practice

ReplyRush's free plan is useful for stories and posts, with 1,500 DMs a month and AI-suggested triggers. What it leaves out are the features most creators set up comment-to-DM for: the public comment reply, the follow gate and the email collector. So most users who start on Free will move to Lite at ₹900 / $10 a month quite quickly, and the decision is really between Lite and a competitor's free plan.

Retention in practice

Data retention sounds like a footnote until you need last year's leads. On Free, anything older than 30 days is gone; on Lite and Boost, 180 days. If you collect emails, move them into your email platform every month so the list never depends on which plan you are on.
