The volume question
If your reels bring fewer than 1,000 DMs a month and you need three automations or fewer, both free plans work. Above that, ReplyKaro needs a paid plan and Tadlo AI does not. If you need a paid plan anyway, ReplyKaro's ₹99 Starter is cheaper than Tadlo's ₹249 Creator.

For brands and resellers, the bigger gap is commerce. Tadlo AI sends a carousel of 2 to 10 products from a comment and can continue the conversation on WhatsApp, where Indian buyers ask about COD and delivery. We did not find either feature in ReplyKaro's listings.
