Best for: Basic auto-replies without another tool
Meta's own Business Suite lets you set up instant replies and frequently asked questions for Instagram messages. It does not do comment-to-DM campaigns, follow gates or link flows.
Price: Free, inside Meta's own tools.

When a free plan stops being enough
Upgrade when the limit, not the feature list, starts to cost you. If a reel brings more commenters than your plan's monthly DMs or contacts, the people who comment last get nothing, and those are often the most engaged. If you need your own branding in every DM, a second account, or a full export of your leads, those are also paid features on most tools, including Tadlo AI's Creator plan.
Before you pay, check what the next plan counts. A plan priced per contact grows with your audience; a plan with a monthly DM cap can still stop sending; a plan with unlimited DMs only changes when you need more accounts or features.
