AiSensy's pricing has two parts: a plan, and message credits you prepay into a wallet. The plan decides your features. The wallet decides most of your bill once you send at volume.

At that volume the wallet line is several times the plan price, which is why the markup matters more than the plan for busy senders.
Topping up the wallet
Because messages are prepaid, a big campaign needs a top-up first. Plan your monthly sends, top up once for the month rather than before each campaign, and keep an eye on the balance so automated messages such as order updates never stop because the wallet ran dry. Before you leave AiSensy, check how it treats unused credit.
What the free plan leaves out
AiSensy's free plan excludes broadcasting and retargeting, template message APIs, multi-agent chat and Shopify or WooCommerce integrations. It is a good way to learn the inbox and get templates approved before you pay.
Plan or wallet: which matters more?
At low volume, the plan dominates: a few hundred messages a month at AiSensy's rates is a small wallet spend. As volume grows, the wallet overtakes the plan, and the markup becomes the biggest controllable cost.
That makes AiSensy a reasonable choice for teams starting out or sending occasional campaigns, and a more expensive one for stores sending tens of thousands of order updates and promotions every month.
