The best WhatsApp broadcast tools

By WordBite Editorial. Updated 16 October 2026.

A WhatsApp broadcast is a template message sent to many opted-in customers at once. Done well, it is the highest-read marketing channel most businesses have. Done badly, it gets your number limited.

The difference is almost entirely in three things: who you send to, how often, and what happens to people who say stop. The tool matters because it either helps you get those right or makes it easy to get them wrong.

1. Tadlo AI

Our top pick

Best for: Broadcasts that protect your number

Tadlo AI's broadcasts, on Growth at ₹2,499 a month and above, show the cost before you hit send and leave opted-out customers out of every send automatically. Every 15 minutes Tadlo checks your connection, quality rating, messaging limits and templates. New numbers are ramped up gradually rather than blasted on day one.

Because Tadlo adds no markup, the cost shown is Meta's charge for those messages, billed by Meta to your own account. Its template studio explains rejections in plain words, so a campaign is not delayed by a template stuck in review.

Price: Free forever plan with up to 10 messages a day. Starter ₹999, Growth ₹2,499, Pro ₹5,999 and Scale ₹11,999 a month, priced on unique contacts engaged per month. Meta's message charges are billed by Meta directly to your own account, and Tadlo adds no markup. Prices exclude GST.

Strengths

  • No markup on Meta's message charges: Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business Account directly, and Tadlo only charges a flat plan
  • Built for D2C: abandoned cart recovery, COD to prepaid nudges and order updates from Shopify and WooCommerce (Growth plan and above)
  • Instagram comments to WhatsApp chats, which most WhatsApp-only tools cannot do
  • Priced on unique people reached, not on every message, so you can follow up without counting sends
  • Number health checks every 15 minutes, gradual ramp-up for new numbers and automatic opt-out handling
  • Your WhatsApp Business Account is created inside your own Meta business account, so it stays yours

Limitations

  • Newer than AiSensy, WATI or Interakt, with a shorter track record
  • Commerce automations start on the Growth plan (₹2,499 a month)
  • Tadlo AI is onboarding brands in stages, and you request access on its WhatsApp page.

2. AiSensy

Best for: The established broadcast tool in India

AiSensy is widely used for broadcasts and retargeting, with Shopify, WooCommerce and 20+ integrations on paid plans. Broadcasting is not on its free plan, and its rates work out about 26% above Meta's.

Price: A forever-free plan gives WhatsApp API access with ₹1000 in ad credits and ₹50 in conversation credits, for 1 agent, without broadcasts or integrations. Paid plans were Basic ₹1,500 and Pro ₹3,200 a month according to AiSensy's blog on 17 February 2025. Calculated from AiSensy's published India rates (marketing ₹1.09, utility ₹0.145) against Meta's rates, its message charges are about 26% higher than Meta's.

  • Large user base in India

  • About 26% above Meta's rates
  • Wallet top-ups

Price: WhatsApp plans: Growth ₹2,799 and Advanced ₹3,799 a month plus taxes; Enterprise on request with no markup. The ₹999 Starter plan covers Instagram only. Interakt charges its own per-message rates, which sit above Meta's: marketing ₹0.970 / ₹0.958 / ₹0.949 and utility ₹0.160 / ₹0.150 / ₹0.140 on Starter, Growth and Advanced. 14-day free trial.

Price: Basic ₹2,999, Essential ₹6,999 and Advanced ₹16,999 a month, billed quarterly, with a 7-day free trial and no card needed. Meta's message charges appear on your Gallabox invoice with a markup; Gallabox does not publish the percentage.

Strengths

  • Omnichannel inbox
  • WhatsApp fees separate

Limitations

  • Trial excludes broadcasts
  • From $99 a month

The rules that keep a number healthy

  1. Opt-in first. Meta requires businesses to collect opt-in that clearly states the person is agreeing to receive messages from the business, and names the business.
  2. A clear way out. Every marketing message should make stopping easy, and stops must be honoured at once.
  3. Relevance over reach. A restock alert to people who asked about that product beats a sale blast to everyone.
  4. Spacing. Repeated marketing messages to the same person in a short time drive blocks and reports.
  5. Quality checks after every send. Every template has a quality rating based on usage, customer feedback and engagement; low ratings can lead to template pacing or pausing.

Messaging limits

New business portfolios start with a messaging limit of 250 people in a moving 24-hour period, which can rise to 2,000, 10,000, 100,000 and then unlimited as you send high-quality messages and use at least half of your limit in 7 days.

In practice: a new number cannot broadcast to your whole list on day one. Start with your most engaged customers, keep quality high, and your limit rises.

What a broadcast costs

Marketing messages to Indian numbers cost ₹0.8631 each from 1 October 2026. A 10,000-person broadcast is about ₹8,631 in Meta's charges. On a tool with no markup, that is the message bill; on a tool with a markup, add its percentage. Utility messages, such as order updates, cost ₹0.115 each and are not for promotions.
